I faced many times this problem, i get solution from stackoverflow, where Eli Grey gives, simple answers that solve my problem:
if you using this on a local file over the file:// URI scheme, which cannot have cookies set. Put it on a local server so you can use http://localhost.
if you follow the above solution, i think you might be solve.
